Physical Activity & Movement: I understand that theatre training involves physical exercises, games, movement, and stagecraft. I certify that my child is physically fit to participate in these activities and will inform the organizers of any specific physical limitations.*

Creative & Emotional Expression: I acknowledge that theatre is an expressive art form that may involve exploring various emotions and storytelling themes. I consent to my child participating in these creative exercises designed for their emotional and social growth.*

Safety & Supervision: While the organizers prioritize the safety and well-being of every child, I understand that minor slips or falls can occur during active play and rehearsals. I agree that the organizers will be held responsible only for providing reasonable care and supervision.*

Media & Documentation: I grant permission for the institution to capture photographs and video recordings of my child during the workshop. I understand these may be used respectfully for promotional materials, social media, and archival purposes to celebrate the students' progress.*

Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency where I cannot be reached immediately, I authorize the workshop coordinators to seek necessary first-aid or medical attention for my child.*

Behavioral Expectations: I understand that to maintain a productive and safe creative environment, students are expected to follow the instructions of the mentors. The organizers reserve the right to contact parents if a child's conduct consistently disrupts the workshop experience.*
